Have been going to Horseshoe several times a year, over the last 10 + years. Been to NOLA twice, LV twice, Laughlin once, Lake Tahoe once since. My wife and I are already Platinum Plus for next year. Their machines didn't recognize us! To top it all off, I had a ticket of a little over $1,100 from a slot machine, and the cashier needed my ID and and an ok from her supervisor to pay me. Also, we had to go to Total Rewards to show our Drivers License to verify that we were the right persons using our TR Cards, and they had to verify our pin numbers. Just received some Email offers for Horseshoe that start in September - which is a little too late.
The steak house is over priced, and don't like their Asian Restaurant. Not wasting my Points at their Burger Bar - where it is 2 for 1 ratio. That ain't happening any more! Told to use my Reward Credits. Thought after getting 1,000 Tier credits (not counting their extra 1,000 bonus) for a couple nights, that they might add some food credit on to our room. Had no offers from Horseshoe, but came anyway, because of the 5 X Tier Credit multiplier for August 26 - 28. Only went 2 times last year in June and and August because of the Covid-19 Virus.
